STORY POLICY UPDATE FOR THE SALE STARTING ON OCT 20, 2023:
It is unlikely that we will be printing more books or merch for the foreseeable future, so PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK your mailing info when you place your order to ensure that it is correct. We'll try our best to help out any issues that may come up but it's unlikely that we will be able to send you any replacements.
Please be aware that for orders outside of the USA you may have to use the name on your ID for the shipping info, otherwise you may risk not being able to claim your package from your country's customs.
- Since this a non-profit charity zine, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us with your name, contact info, and order number and we will try to see what we can do. Please note:
- Lost packages will require opening a search claim with the post office.
- Unboxing proof (i.e. photo, video, etc) is required if an order is damaged.
- We are not liable for stolen mail.
- International orders may take 1-3 months for delivery - All non-digital orders will be shipped from the USA with tracking numbers via USPS. We are not able to ship to countries on the USPS Suspension list: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm
- Import duties, VAT, taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the price or shipping cost. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
